My first call to Service was handled by Derek, I explained I had received a Recall Notice regard my CrossTrek valve spring replacement, he ordered the repair parts and advised he'd call to set up an appointment to do the work. I received the call later that week, set the appointment and was told at that time a Rental Car would be provided at no charge since the repairs would take a day to complete. When I arrived for the appointment I was greeted by Adam who processed the paperwork, arranged for the loaner, explained it's operation and told me he'd call when my car was ready. I received the call the next day and went in to retrieve the vehicle. I don't know the mechanics name who did the work, but he should be commended as well, the automobile runs and performs like new. I do appreciate the staff at Brillance in Elgin. They made this transaction flow, and got the work done in very good time!
