We have had a rough experience with our new car bought from bergstrom last year. We noted an issue within a few months of owning the vehicle. At our first oil change we brought up the issue and an attem from bergstrom last year. We noted an issue within a few months of owning the vehicle. At our first oil change we brought up the issue and an attempt was tried to fix with no luck. They then had us bring back the vehicle twice stating they had the parts, but when we arrived and waited for hours each time we were sent away with no work complete. The next time they asked us to bring it in they claimed they had the parts and they gave us a loaner so they could work on it. Come to find out they did not have the parts and we were left in the dark for over a week with no update. During this time we were accused by the service tech that we did something to the vehicle that never happened and suggested we file an insurance claim (would have been fraud because nothing happened). They had our vehicle for 27 days before they claimed it was fixed. We received the vehicle back and within one week the same issue was happening. More
