F150 Lariat I inquired about a vehicle that was on auto trader on a Thursday night. Chuck from sales got back to me the very next day and let me know the truck h I inquired about a vehicle that was on auto trader on a Thursday night. Chuck from sales got back to me the very next day and let me know the truck had just been obtained in a trade in and needed to get a inspected/cleaned. They ran the inspection on the truck and had it detailed. On Tuesday Chuck emailed me to let me know the truck would be available to see Wednesday. He was out of the office, but had me work with his coworker AJ. I called AJ to get some more pictures of the truck before I drove up, and he sent me a very detailed video of the vehicle. I showed up that day and everything went great. AJ was a pleasure to work with. The truck was in great condition and exactly what I was looking for. After 2 back and forth negotiations with AJ and his boss, I was able to get the truck and get started with the paper work. The financing part went smooth and I was out the door in no time. I had pointed out a few spots I wanted clean, so AJ had his team do a full detail the next day. Since I live a little over an hour away, they delivered the truck to my door step the next day. Was a great experience. More

Terrible I was looking out to buy out my mom's lease. My mom stopped in at Broadway and spoke to Mike Kasper. My mom explained to him that I am just looking I was looking out to buy out my mom's lease. My mom stopped in at Broadway and spoke to Mike Kasper. My mom explained to him that I am just looking to take over that I work at a bank would bring my own financing to the table. He made my mom feel like that was not possible and left her under the impression that we would get double the fees if I was to do my own financing. Upon speaking with my mom I continued to do further research with my history of working at a car dealership, working at a bank, and knowing another sales person from a different Broadway location. I took my additional research to Mike to question the information that my mother told me. His response was she incorrectly relayed information and that my situation was "unique". After talking to Mike I felt like I we had a plan in place as he stated Broadway needed to inspect the car before it could be transferred over to me. On the phone and in the email I stated that I would be dropping the car off. He called me that evening sounding confused that it was being dropped off that evening so they could inspect in the morning. During that call he mentioned that there was recalls on the vehicle which my mom had asked about earlier when she was there and she was told they would not be a problem. When we hung up the phone Mike was to call me in the morning to let me know if he could have everything done for 11:00 I reached out at 9:30 and spoke to the gal that was taking over the transaction she had no idea where the keys were. The service department called my mom at 7:30 in the morning to ask why she had dropped her keys off. When I spoke my frustration to Mike he proceeded to tell me that he got in at 9:00 I was not giving him the proper time and that he was doing me a "favor" . He showed no empathy for what my mom and I were experience and continued to sell me on Broadways 5 star customer service. Never did we hear an apology for the confusion. At our closing we were met with the Gal that our file was turned over to she was very pleasant and the gentleman we met with to sign papers with make it quick and smooth. Due to this experience with Mike Kasper my mom and I have deceived we would never want to work with Broadway again. More
