Excellence I originally went in to Bronco Motors to get a part on my Hyundai Elantra fixed. While I was waiting I was walking the lot when I was approached by Mr. Lonn Hill. He asked me some basic questions and tried to get a feel for what type of vehicle I was interested in. Even though I was looking at multiple styles of vehicles, Mr. Hill stayed patient and with me to answer any questions I had. I eventually ended up looking at the Hyundai Sonatas and called my wife to discuss what style and color of Sonata she would want if we were to get one that day. Mr. Hill answered all my questions pertaining to every vehicle we looked at that day and gave me a lot of good information. It made the process in buying the right vehicle, while avoiding the wrong vehicle for our needs. Once a choice was made (2016 White Sonata Sport), I went inside and started the process. Mr. Hill with the help of Mr. Jeff Laye and Mr. John Riddle took care of everything in a very timely and professional manner. I was really impressed with the fact that the team of three not only gave me an excellent amount for my trade in, but also put me in the Sonata for less than what amount was discussed. On top of everything, while I was finishing up with Mr. Riddle, he informed me that I needed to contact the Hyundai dealership that sold me the Elantra, so I could get money back from all the extra plans I purchased. I left out of Bronco Motors a very happy individual. My wife loves the car as well and that really makes a huge difference for me. More

Immediately rushed us, presenting few options and with even fewer explanations about how the vehicles he was showing us might meet our needs. Talk about immediately showing his hand--I can't imagine him seeing us as anything more than talking wallets. Despite the insulting approach, we ended up buying a car that suits our needs, and we've been enjoying it, but the experience was absolutely terrible, and representative of the status quo dealership experience. Make your car buying experience what it should be by visiting any dealership in Boise other than this one. More
