The story of Brondes Ford Toledo is one that goes back to 1955 when we first started selling and servicing Fords. The Brondes Ford family suffered a devastating fire in 2002 that left us without a dealership but we pulled together and rebuilt at our current location on at 5545 Secor Road. We are a full service dealership with our Quicklane for tire care and oil changes, service, as well as the body shop where we provide auto repair for all makes in the Toledo area and neighboring areas of Sylvania, Temparance, Lambertville, and Monroe, Mi.

I messaged for an estimate on my F150 and received a call, text and email within hours. I explained everything that needed to be and asked to look for anything else that might need to be taken care of call, text and email within hours. I explained everything that needed to be and asked to look for anything else that might need to be taken care of in the next few months. They scheduled me on a Saturday for the inspection and gave me a no pressure list of what needed to be fixed and what they suggested to be added. It was a two day process and I was given a loaner. Very simple. Very professional. Everything I expect from a business. More

This visit was for an accident repair and Brondes Ford called me within hours of the accident to set up an appointment. Brondes works very well with State Farm for the repair and Enterprise for the rent called me within hours of the accident to set up an appointment. Brondes works very well with State Farm for the repair and Enterprise for the rental car. Brondes and Alexis Road Enterprise have a nice working relationship where Enterprise will pick up the customer from Brondes and drive them to Enterprise to get their rental car. And when it is done, Enterprise picks up the rental car from Ford. ALSO!!! Brondes did an excellent repair job on my Escape and washed it like it was brand NEW!!! They even removed the tar that was sprayed on my car during a road trip out west!! Thank you all so much! Janice Darah More
