on Sunday, I was searching Fords inventory for a 2021 Bronco Sport Badlands. The website listed a Bronco that matched what I wanted. I called Brondes Ford Toledo to find out it's disposition on Monday mo Bronco Sport Badlands. The website listed a Bronco that matched what I wanted. I called Brondes Ford Toledo to find out it's disposition on Monday morning July 5th. I asked the receptionist to connect me with a salesperson that she would like to purchase a new vehicle from. I was connected to Mr. Jim Gose. It was serendipity! When I explained my circumstances and need of a vehicle to Jim he informed me that the Bronco Sport was in transit. I offered to give Brondes a deposit to hold this vehicle until it arrived. Jim told me that it would not be necessary as my word was good enough for him. True to his word, I received both a voicemail and text from Jim when the Bronco was offloaded at the dealership on Wednesday morning July 7th. I called Jim to inform him of my intention to drive out Thursday morning from Warren Michigan to look over the Bronco Sport, take it for a test drive and make a decision. Jim informed me of several things I could do prior to save time if I decided to make the purchase. My wife and I were greeted by Jim with a smile and a handshake. At a time when REAL customer service has become a somewhat rare commodity, Jim Gose proved to be the exception, his word is his bond. The deal was set and I drove home in that Bronco Sport Badlands. I can not recall a more pleasant and pressure free new vehicle experience. Jim Gose sets the bar for ALL salespersons. He made the entire experience a pleasure at a time when I needed a break.
