The office staff were friendly and accommodating, however they were shouting clients information back and forth with customers waiting on line. I also overheard a staff member tell another staff member, “it’ they were shouting clients information back and forth with customers waiting on line. I also overheard a staff member tell another staff member, “it’s usually about $150 but charge a $400 just case”. ?????? The work done to the car is a whole other issues. Oil was left on me car’s interior. I asked about checking something while they were in there and the rep told me I had to return and pay again. This was a complete rip off the worst one I have ever been to. I shall not be returning More
