Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. Our labor rate is similar to other Honda dealerships in the Tristate area. Diagnostic work for an engine light issue is very labor intensive, and our diagnostic fees are based on the labor rate. We are always sensitive to cost, and whenever possible we try to save our customers money. We also offer Sunbit, a service that allows customers to pay for costly repairs over time.
