SERVICE VISIT

Visited Bronx Honda Service department for the first time yesterday and was greeted with the customer service you would expect from a 5 STAR HOTEL. The valet was polite and I appreciate the thoroughness of t yesterday and was greeted with the customer service you would expect from a 5 STAR HOTEL. The valet was polite and I appreciate the thoroughness of their procedure when receiving the vehicle. Latoya was the person who assisted me, again very polite and professional. She told me when to expect the vehicle returned and called me an hour earlier then expected. I rushed to pickup my vehicle and that process was super quick, on my way out off the facility I was taken aback by every single employee wishing me a nice day and saying goodbye! It made me feel good about going there and trusting my vehicle is in professional hands. Thank you, More
