Premises was very dirty. Outside staff was very friendly. Inside staff acted like I was doing them a favor by being there. No organization, I waited 45 minutes past the 2 hours they allotted. I had to ask is my car ready, which it was. But because the girl was out to lunch, no body checked the paper work. I was actually waiting while my car was ready. I expressed my frustration. The only one who seemed concerned was the manager, when he realized what was going on. More
