Yesenia was professional and friendly. So were the gentlemen who assisted me with my vehicle. I was told servicing would be an hour 1/2 to 2 hours. Servicing was done within an hour and 1/ So were the gentlemen who assisted me with my vehicle. I was told servicing would be an hour 1/2 to 2 hours. Servicing was done within an hour and 1/2. However, as a new client, I was expecting a little courtesy to top off the service: a little vacuum/shaking off of my rug or windshield wipe. A little additional perk goes a long way partnered with the regular servicing. I understand, every company is making up for losses from the past couple years, so maybe that would be an additional cost for them. There was a quick call from Christina to gain more information on my experience. Marcie has also been very responsive. I appreciate that. All in all, my car’s running just fine. Thanks. More
