Poor job by advisor Yesenia. Her tone is Not customer friendly @ all. Upon vehicle pick up we were not greeted at the door. We were left at the door looking for directions on what to do. A woman name friendly @ all. Upon vehicle pick up we were not greeted at the door. We were left at the door looking for directions on what to do. A woman named Christina Donato noticed my frustration and immediately helped out as best possible. She was able to get me out the door but my service advisor “yesenia” also failed to tell us what service was done to the vehicle. Poor job….will not be going back to this particular service center again. More
