I had a worst experience at this time at this location of Honda service center. First of all, at the service desk, the lady who took care of my services, most of the conversation with her I barely understood Honda service center. First of all, at the service desk, the lady who took care of my services, most of the conversation with her I barely understood her probably because of she’s missing some tooth from her front and whatever she’s saying it was very tough for me to understand, so, the reason why I didn’t understand at all what kind of servicing I am getting, how much would be my final bill, when I requested her to explain me everything separately as how much the material charge would be, how much the labor charge would be, things like that. But as I said, most of her conversation I didn’t understand. And then finally I saw just the labor charge is over $1200, besides that every single items was way over charged. Like differential oil change, engine oil everything when I compared with other honda dealers, it was too much charged. So, by money wise I am very much unhappy with Bronx Honda dealer and I will never come back to this service center neither I will recommend to anyone in future. Besides this, so far my car is running good and thanks for that. More
