This was my worst experience with Bronx Honda. My appointment was 0930. I arrived at at 0906. I needed a part and oil change. I was sitting there until after 12pm. I had to go and inquire what why it appointment was 0930. I arrived at at 0906. I needed a part and oil change. I was sitting there until after 12pm. I had to go and inquire what why it was taking so long. My car was done and no one let me know. 2) i wanted a payment plan but no one explained to me it was a loan with Sunbit eventhough i kept asking questions. It was until the end of the process that i figured out. I refused the loan and paid for the part. The least they could have done is to let me know before they even run a credit check. My past experience was good.. This one was the worst. More
