Grateful for Victor and the Team at Bronx Honda. Quick courteous service. For many years I have Leased Honda’s I have dealt with Victor and from the time you enter the parking lot, get greeted at the door courteous service. When I arrived I met a pleasant young woman who asked me why and who was I waiting to see I informed her Victor, she directed me where to wait. Victor was friendly as usual answered all my questions. The customer service representative was so nice! Which I could remember her name. She took care of me right away. I asked her how long my service was going to be and she said up to 2 hours and they called m could remember her name. She took care of me right away. I asked her how long my service was going to be and she said up to 2 hours and they called me within 40 mins. Everything is good. Went in for a oil change and tire check. Best service ever! More
