I did service D for 90000miles. They charged me $860. After that I feel my 2017 Honda Pilot moving not well. I feel car need more pressure for moving. Then I check with my OBD device. Then I went again Bronx Honda service & tell service advisor Victor, But he don’t want to listen me. We are customers, if our car has any problem, we have to them. We payed for any service, it’s not free. Lots of people never get those service , but some people who get those service, they won’t car smooth driving. Service advisor Victor behave is not good. On November 12 2021 had car problem. I call AAA to have my car tow to Bronx Honda. I was told by unknown female who answer the phone at Bronx Honda service area that they are book up until December for dia my car tow to Bronx Honda. I was told by unknown female who answer the phone at Bronx Honda service area that they are book up until December for diagnosis and if the tow truck brings my vehicle to Bronx Honda they are not going to accept my vehicle. I had to get my vehicle tow to Paragon Honda who accepted my vehicle. I will definitely not recommend anybody to go to Bronx Honda regarding the experience that just happen to me. The unknown female employee needs to be train on how to deal with customers who are asking for help when there’s a problem with there vehicle. More
