Needed a repair done for emissions problem. Brought car in but was turned away because I didn’t have a appointment. Was given a appointment for 30 days later. They diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the in but was turned away because I didn’t have a appointment. Was given a appointment for 30 days later. They diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the part. Called me 3 days later to inform me part had arrived. But I till needed to make another appointment which was another 30 days later. Had appointment for early morning. But still had to leave car overnight due to some lame excuse of the mechanic being delayed. Overall over two months to get a repair done. Service really sucks. You need to do better for your customers. The only positive was the dealing with victor at customer service. More

I’ve been taking my car to Honda for a short period of time. I always was scared to take my car to Honda because of the pricing of everything. The service was kind of quick and very attentive but they mentioned my is battery is not good but it is still good. Just because I did an oil change with a coupon they wanted me to invest in a new battery on mentioned my is battery is not good but it is still good.
