I bought a used car with them via the internet and the transaction took about a week longer than it should. They only accepted a wire transfer of money so I had to drive over 2 hours to my nearest bank to transaction took about a week longer than it should. They only accepted a wire transfer of money so I had to drive over 2 hours to my nearest bank to do that. Then they delayed further by insisting that paperwork had to be done by snail mail. This added another 3 days. Then they delayed the trucking of the vehicle to me by another 4 days. It was just one delay after another and therefore a painful experience More
