This was the first time I came to this Honda so I d came to the service side Bronx Honda on Zegera after making an appointment to replace my battery. This was the first time I came to this Honda so I didn’t know exactly what to do. When I arrived the guy with the short cut who took the car had a rude catty vibe. He finally explained what to do and when we went inside me and my boyfriend were not greeted by anyone sitting at the desk. We didn’t know where to wait or where the line was. We ended up waiting by the door for a while but since we felt so out of place we went to another Spot only to be told the spot we were originally at was the right spot. Eventually a really kind employee named Christina came in greeted us and let us know we were in the right spot. What was really rude is that after all of that waiting time, awkwardness, frustration, someone new walks in and the girl with the braids in the front desk acknowledges her and tells her to come in front of us and two other people ( one person was on crutches) to wait to be serviced. I could not believe that she could finally speak after all that time of us being confused. The girl with the glasses also didn’t greet us either and she wasn’t working with anyone. We eventually had the guy with the glasses but he was slightly helpful. I left the location because I didn’t want to give my money to such silently RUDE service. I work in sales&service I don't tolerate this kind of energy. At least be pleasant if anything. Besides that thank you NANCI in sales. Keep doing your thing! More
