I Was given a 7:30 am appointment for a fuel pump recall 10/18/2021 And waited on property. By mid day I asked the statis of the job and once again at 3pm The car was not released till 4pm The labor sh 10/18/2021 And waited on property. By mid day I asked the statis of the job and once again at 3pm The car was not released till 4pm The labor shows it took one hour and ten minutes. Why would you give a customer the first appointment (when they open) To be one of the last customers to leave ?? Sincerely disappointed More
