Great job by service adviser Latoya who cheerfully answered a zillion questions from a frazzled customer (me) about maintenance I’d been neglecting for years on my 12-year-old CRV. I was happy when they said they could fix my car sooner than my scheduled appt because my car was in really bad shape. The service was great. The only thing. I would recommend is having more people pick u than my scheduled appt because my car was in really bad shape. The service was great. The only thing. Service rep was very professional and pleasant to work with. Rep kept me informed of the progress and updates which was well appreciated. I did not have the same experience with a previous rep whom I fou with. Rep kept me informed of the progress and updates which was well appreciated.
