This is the first time I’ve had an issue with this service center. This time around they kept my vehicle for 6 hours as opposed to the two hours it normally takes. I had to call to inquire what was g service center. This time around they kept my vehicle for 6 hours as opposed to the two hours it normally takes. I had to call to inquire what was going on and when I could retrieve my vehicle. Typically it’s 2 hours, this time they said because I did t stay. I never stay. I find that to be unacceptable since this isn’t the typical experience. More
