The lady that help me was very useless. I took my car for a full tuneup and they gave me my car back with the tpms light on. They didn’t even take off the light or try to. I took in my car at 10:22 and wait a full tuneup and they gave me my car back with the tpms light on. They didn’t even take off the light or try to. I took in my car at 10:22 and wait there for it my car was return to me at 340 in the afternoon. When my appointment was at 12. They didn’t start working in my vehicle until 2 and I didn’t get the level of respect or courtesy from the person that was helping. I will never take my car back to them again. I paid 638 dollars to get disrespected and get treat like my money was not worth it. More

In the month of June, after finally getting someone to answer the phone there, I was given an appointment for July 21st. I had to be specific about what service was needed. After arriving and waiting, I w answer the phone there, I was given an appointment for July 21st. I had to be specific about what service was needed. After arriving and waiting, I was told that they did not have the master key available to cut for my car. Imagine waiting a whole month for an appointment, getting there, waiting, and they don’t have what you came there for?! Fortunately, they had the valet key to cut a copy for me but, that wasn’t what I made the appointment for. Outside of that, the young lady that checked me in was very nice. More
