They didn’t start working in my vehicle until 2 and I didn’t get the level of respect or courtesy from the person that was helping. I will never take my car back to them again. I paid 638 dollars to get disrespected and get treat like my money was not worth it. More

In the month of June, after finally getting someone to answer the phone there, I was given an appointment for July 21st. I had to be specific about what service was needed. Then Jessie a Hispanic young girl added out loud: " it doesn't matter if we put a big Sign with LED lights, they will continue to do it (meaning going straight to the waiting area). Spoke to the manager a white old guy; I told they yelled at me and so on; he asked my name ; and Victorio said " she's the last on my list" just to let me know how much longer I had to wait since I was the last one. After 1 1/2 hour on my second wait time I stood looking for Victor, he was no way to be found, Jessie was in her phone all the time she was free. The manager saw me searching; told me They are running the recall test; I said when are they they going to be done by 6 or 7; He replied: oh now you've been sarcastic; I replied: you you didn't like but when I came to you ti complain about what they did to me, you took their side with being neutral and fair.
