We bought a Honda Civic, and ended up switching to a Honda CRV soon after. The dealer, Indar Atwaroo, was extremely helpful in making sure my mom did not have to pay much out of pocket. I gave this dealership a 5 star rating because this process was smoother than I had ever imagined. The sales rep that helped me was Michael Hinton and he made the whole car buying process very painless process was smoother than I had ever imagined. There was absolutely no sales pressure because I did a little research before I went and pretty much knew what I was looking for. Michael answered any and all the questions I had about the vehicle and was very helpful and caring in general. Next came the part I was nervous about - the financing. This turned out to be a better experience than I imagined. The finance manager, Ivan Then, was able to get me a much better rate after pursuing it with a couple of phone calls. He went above and beyond, to make it work for me and I thank him for it. Again, the whole process was painless. More
