I feel the dealership took full advantage of me they over charge me for a car that had a price tag of 26k back in 2018 when I first came to the Bronx dealership I gave them 4K down when I lease it so my paym charge me for a car that had a price tag of 26k back in 2018 when I first came to the Bronx dealership I gave them 4K down when I lease it so my payment can be low. it was still a high a payment. Now I’m financings the car and the buy out is expensive in total honda dealership is collecting from me is 42k for a car that has a price tag worth 26k but the time car payed off in 5 years it probably be worth 5k smh I’m am not happy at all. More

Staff need to work on their customer service skills and attitudes. I did not get my tires rotated which is included and was told my car was blocked from getting serviced and was told maybe something you di attitudes.
