There was a clip that was missing from a service that was done over 1yr ago. I have asked Representative Victor time and time again to have it replaced. He assured me it would be and it’s still not done. I’m done over 1yr ago. I have asked Representative Victor time and time again to have it replaced. He assured me it would be and it’s still not done. I’m very unsettled about it. And once again I have to take time out of work to get it done. Also, there is a 90,000 mile inspection that should’ve been done to my care. I was never asked if I wanted it but my receipt shows that I declined it. They do not have curtesy cars so it is a real inconvenience to leave my car there. It’s just not efficient enough for me. More
