Seems very well organized, and works very efficiently. Based on my past experience in the customer service field, I think Katie is an excellent candidate for higher levels of responsibility! Other Service Advisors= very friendly, smart and hard-working. Waiting room= I appreciated the fact that the TV was on low volume. Wish=I was a last minute addition to the schedule (dead battery), and knew I'd be there a while. I was the last customer in the waiting room by many minutes, and began to worry that I would have to come back the next day. It would have set my mind at ease if I had been given an update. More

Bronx Honda was the most helpful from the onset. They helped us find a tow company that was actually able to tow the car.
