We work with insurance adjusters all the time to help customers get their repairs authorized and completed quickly. We always work to achieve the best possible outcome based on the facts and documentation, while navigating high deductibles, policy exclusions, and unexpected delays. I understand your frustration at having to pay out-of-pocket for several repairs after your car was stolen and recovered, but we waived diagnistic fees and gave you significant discounts after your insurance company refused to pay for certain items. We also replaced the clip and cleaned the headliner so that it looked brand new. I hope to hear from you. --Marcie
