I had one of the worst dealership experiences ever at Brooklyn Jeep while trying to lease a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S. I initially spoke with Brenda, who seemed helpful and confident she could beat another lease deal I had which included all the fees already from a another dealership— as long as I provided proof. I double-checked with her twice to confirm that her quote included all taxes, registration, and fees, and she reassured me it did as I didn't want to waste time traveling into brooklyn traffic with my pregnant wife Based on her promises, my wife and I made the trip from New Jersey during rush hour traffic — over 2 hours and $40+ in tolls, gas, and miles — to come in on our only available day. When we arrived, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for her manager Moe, who clearly had no idea what we discussed. He asked me to explain the entire deal again, like he was hearing about it for the first time. Even worse, we were told the vehicle we wanted wasn’t even on the lot. Finally, Moe said he could "match" the deal but now excluded taxes, registration, and other fees — the very things I confirmed were included twice before coming in. Total bait and switch. Complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid Brooklyn Jeep if you're looking for transparency and honesty. More

I took my Jeep here to get new tires,brakes and rotors and the salesman tried to extort me for more money and then when I got curious as to what he was trying to do he stopped. Then when I left my truck was leaking antifreeze and I popped the hood these xxxxxxxxxxx cut the hose on my coolant tank and then when I took it back they wouldn’t even look at the tank they pushed me right out the door. The salesman was Brandon Nandel and I hope they fire him. I don’t recommend people get there vehicles serviced there if you love your vehicle you better think twice or you might end up like me with a vehicle you’re scared to drive now. More

My Jeep suddenly stopped working and got towed to this dealership. Even though they are an authorized jeep dealer they are choosing to refuse service to my car. They claimed that my warranty isn’t relevant to them, even though it covers ALL authorized jeep dealers. Once I spoke to Jeep Customer service they made it clear that they should not be doing this. I would highly recommend not using this dealership. The whole interaction was manipulative, unclear and dishonest. I had a horrible experience with them. I would warn against working with them. More

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. I am extremely disappointed with Jeep’s handling of my leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rent leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rental vehicle, Jeep has not offered any assistance or solutions for the remaining 60 days. This lack of support has left me without a vehicle, despite leasing a brand-new car. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company of this caliber. Resolving issues like this promptly and fairly should be a priority, yet Jeep has fallen short of meeting those expectations. I hope this review encourages Jeep to address such issues more responsibly in the future and prioritize customer satisfaction. More
