Hi, This dealership treats hard working customers like trash. My experience was horrifying and put a mental strain on me or any person that would have to deal with the treatment rendered. The vehicles that were recommended to me were sold to me were immediately put into service? A 2019 Jeep Latitude and know a 2024 jeep Cherokee that your own staff stated that the salesman drove the vehicle in the wrong gear? It took this dealership a month and almost three weeks to get your top mechanics to figure it out? Unfortunately I didn’t know it would take them to put 200 miles on the vehicle with no explanation? The service manager deceived me by telling me this vehicle would cost me 42000 for all of my troubles. However in reality he overcharged me 4000. Took the vehicle back. Put 200 miles on the vehicle with no explanation. Go on vacation and after all of this give me a pair of mats for my inconvenience. They threaten customers with more payments and the customer has no choice but to accept the treatment and the deception or be out of and assumed brand new vehicle? The general manager and his staff will completely ignore your calls and concerns. Never letting you the customer talk to the owner. No matter how many times you request and appointment. They will just ignore you and if I’m lying. Try asking the manufacturer. They won’t even answer to them? Stephen and the boyz seems to be untouchable. So, I want to warn the community or any other person who has been treated in this fashion or not to know what to expect when you sign the dotted line with this dealership. A complete customer service and devastating experience for any individual buying a new vehicle.
