They are absolutely scammers. I came in to get something fixed that is under warranty. (I lease a brand new car), and they just did a bunch of other stuff, but didn’t fixed the is I came in to get something fixed that is under warranty. (I lease a brand new car), and they just did a bunch of other stuff, but didn’t fixed the issue I came in for. Not only did they not fix it, they lied to my face and said there was no issue. I’ve never in my life had such a repulsive experience with a company. I cannot believe how crooked they are. Obviously that’s the dealerships culture if they have the front ladies lying to my face and working hand in hand with the mechanics. Truly disgusting. Thanks to them I will never lease or own a Jeep again. Never. If they are scamming people everyday and Chrysler is just letting it happen, I don’t want to give them my money. No wonder they offered me an amazon gift card to give them a good google view when I leased my car from them… More
