I went into This dealership to get my Jeep fixed. Yes they provided me all the information of what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. However, they tried to get me to spend more money. They are horrible t they provided me all the information of what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. However, they tried to get me to spend more money. They are horrible their communication service is terrible. They should not even be able to use the phones. They gave me 100 different stories about my vehicle in order for me to spend more money. They are holding my vehicle hostage and will not give it back to me until I comply with their wants. Every time I call them there different ppl return my phone call with different stories. This dealership is horrible don’t go there. The drive to a different dealership is worth it. Trust me!!! Once I get my car back this dealership can burn down cuz they don’t do a good job at all. I much rather walk then buy a vehicle from this establishment.
