Can you imagine purchasing a new car for over $65,000 and the car has problems within the first month and the dealership/service do nothing about it. Well, that is what happened to me. -June 2023-I purchase the car has problems within the first month and the dealership/service do nothing about it. Well, that is what happened to me. -June 2023-I purchase the car -July 2023-The car 4xe electrical has issues and car is dead. Battery is replaced. -August 2023-The car 4xe electrical has issues and car is dead. Battery is replaced. -September 2023-The car 4xe electrical has issues and car is dead. Battery is replaced. October 2023-Battery is replaced by another Jeep service dealer in long island as car has issues while on the road. January 2024-The car 4xe electrical has issues and car is dead. Battery is replaced. February2024-The car goes into service and I am told that the car needs to be serviced by Star Technicians from Jeep as the service department at Brooklyn Jeep cannot figure out what the problem is. March 2024-Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. March 2024-Lemon Law case is opened. Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. April 2024-Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. May 2024-Star Chrysler Tech is there and he cannot repair the problem. Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. June 2024-Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. July 2024-Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. August 2024-Owner, Zachary Schweibel and Steven Brigham, call me and ask me to close litigation and they would replace the car for an Alfa Romeo. Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. September 2024-Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. I am waiting for the replacement car and there is no word and I closed litigation as asked. October 2024-After not hearing from the dealership, I am informed by Baum Croce, owners admin assistant, that replacement will not be done because I should wait for Stellantis to do a buy back. They frauded me into closing my legal case in the hopes that I would get a new car. Car is in service and I am paying for the vehicle and no work from Service. Steven Brigham, Service Manager, does not return calls. November 2024-I am informed that a Star Technician is working on the car but Steven Brigham, Service Manager, states that they cannot figure our what the issue is. December 2024-Apparently, they fixed the car and asked me to return to pick up the car. They tell me that Stellantis will offer me $15,000 for my troubles but my attorney informs me that I should not trust them because they will take the $15,000 from the final payment when the lemon law claim is resolved. I just hope that you read this before you buy a car from this dealership. I am not the first person that has had this issue with Brooklyn Jeep. way. The service department is the worst service department and I am not saying this instead that is what I have been told by three dealers around NYC. Here is a follow up of the issue with the 2023 Jeep Wrangler which has been under repair since August 2023 and has been sitting at Brooklyn Jeep from February 2024 with no repairs done on the car. Today, December 16, 2024, I received a call from a representative that the car has been repaired after 15 months and 12 months of sitting at the dealership. The dealer or service department did not offer any apology instead they stated that due to the inconvenience Chrysler would offer me $15,000. More

Raphael is a great sales man, he went above and beyond to get the car for us. He treated us like a family member and looked out for us all the way through the deal.
