If I can leave this company a -5 stars I would. Where should I start? Make sure before arriving at the dealership the vehicle is on the lot. These people are running some sort of scam. I worked with a sales rep named Yemen he is short, bald, fat and greedy. I also worked with this African American guy in finance with these big bug eyes 👀 . Almost felt like I was playing poker with him for the deal to go through. I have had many issues with calling and texting my sales rep repeatedly and the company for months with no clear direction. They did not care when I needed to get the car looked at either. This company recorded me without my consent when I finish the sale of the vehicle, like I won the lottery. I told this guy at the front desk to delete it. I don’t want my video out there. My sales rep Yemen recorded me to post on his Instagram after I told him repeatedly do not do that he said he would delete it But I doubt he did. It’s like he was thirsty for followers 🤦♂️ He even told me the car I got came with the highest trim sound system. I had to tell him no it didn’t, because I could tell instantly that it did not have it. Do your homework, bro on a vehicle you’re trying to sell. It didn’t matter though, since I always upgrade to aftermarket. Get this after the car was ready for me to drive home, Yemen told me to pay a tip to the guy who washed the car. I told him I have no cash so Yemen said I can cash app him like are you crazy? I just spent thousands of dollars and you want more?! Don’t get me started on one of the sales managers. One in particular, his name was George or Jorge not sure of spelling. I thought he would be a good resource however, his only response to me was, I don’t know why you waited so long. I’m like excuse me, sir xxx. Let’s just say I wanted to call him a word that sounds like HUNT but starts with the letter C. I tried my hardest to be patient and do my due diligence, but clearly you can tell by my review I’m unsatisfied and no results were delivered. Now watch their be some xx customer service response to this like they actually care. “ Oh we’re so sorry Blah blah blah blah blah blah” If you’re that, sorry refund me for the time that I wasted working with you creeps. As a man, I truly respect the women that work here. They were the only ones that were helping me, and they also were frustrated with the incompetence of the men. Don’t even bother trying to speak to the owner I was told he is an a hole. AND I hope he sees this too. Good work, Brooklyn Volkswagen YOU made a very unsatisfied customer. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I want to give NO star rating, but that is not an option here. Me and my Daughter had a horrible experience buying car here. Unlike other dealers, they advertise a sale price for the car and they will not give you at that price. If you insist on the price they will insult you and laugh at you. After sales manager's insult ,they will send you to the finance manager and insult continues as he refuse to give you the car at the agreed price. This day and age with Customer reviews they don't care about what customer think. You may get a better deal negotiating from MSRP from other dealers. So stay away from this dealership. I am posting this so that you will not be another victim for this dealership. More

Buyers Beware, My experience with this Brooklyn VW dealer was truly disappointing. Their marketing practices are deceptive, although the salesman described them as “CREATIVE”….They are price gouging. Whatever price you’re formally quoted, will quickly change upon your arrival. They increased the price by thousands of dollars, then claimed the lesser price to be website prices. Buyers please Beware of This VW dealership. They have already removed my bad rating from google… But sadly they can’t remove the 19 formal complaints currently showing up about them on BBB about the poor business practices. More

I was interested in your 2020 Range Rover Velar and trading in my current Range Rover Sport to help offset some of the cost. Keenya reached out and I gave her all my vehicle information which incl trading in my current Range Rover Sport to help offset some of the cost. Keenya reached out and I gave her all my vehicle information which included pics, current maintenance paperwork, vin number and all corresponding information. Then I was switched over to Addison and started over giving the same information. Just to be switched over to Nafeeza to YES start over by sending all vehicle info again. I then called 4 TIMES all their extensions but no voicemail, it just kept ringing. I jumped online to see the reviews and it appears that others have had similar experiences with lack of follow up. I reached out through face book and still no response. As a business owner I can say that I Definitely don't feel l my business is important. They are now closed now with NO follow up. They are close Sunday and Monday is a holiday. I was excited and you definitely took that away from me. I don’t take time to give negative feedback but I am hoping you see this and use this as a teaching tool to do better. In Good Health, William B More
