This was my first visit to the dealership. The service advisor, Hunter, greeted me and took down the information re: a leaky tire. He said it might be a nail which could be patched. He entered the car and checked out the general condition of the car from the driver's console. I arrived @ 10:15 AM. An admin person informed me @ 12 Noon that they had been able to patch the tire and it was ready to go. I paid the secretary and away I drove. Everyone was courteous and it was a good experience. I would recommend Brown Daub's service staff to anyone needing a repair. More
