The transaction was seamless, with a slight paperwork glitch with NYS/DMV which was corrected immediately by Nick Graver. Donnie Dishman answered to my satisfaction numerous questions professionally, some from dealership and some from home -What salesman do you know would give you his own cell number ??. I had a terrible experience with my local Hyundai dealership service center in Lehigh Valley on the auto mile, so I decided to go into New Jersey to another Hyundai dealership for service. We took our two Hyundai cars in for scheduled maintenance and they ruined our cars, one of which we purchased there. I love Hyundai's and would never leave the brand, but when I found out that my local Hyundai had purchased this dealership I was very reluctant to do business with them. Anthony made that decision very easy, He Listened! He Apologized for his PA Counter parts! He convinced me it mattered to him, and being new to company never hesitated to promote the brand and the level of service that his location would stand behind. He has proven that not all car salesmen are car salesmen. He has restored my trust in what I thought was truly an untrustworthy profession. He listened to my specifications and although they did not have the car I wanted on the lot, he assured me he would find one in the area. He did just that and the deal was sealed within 24 hrs.
