I recently took my wife’s 2016 Kia Sportage in for a routine oil and filter change back in early January. This was supposed to be of no cost as per the “free lifetime oil changes” agreement she had when routine oil and filter change back in early January. This was supposed to be of no cost as per the “free lifetime oil changes” agreement she had when she purchased the vehicle from Brown Daub Kia in February 2016. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was given a $110 bill and after telling them this was supposed to be covered as part of the agreement I was told that we have new management and we cannot honor the agreement unless you have the original bill of sale stating this in the contract. This was apparently due to people purchasing their vehicles elsewhere and still receiving free oil changes at Brown Daub Kia. Unfortunately, due to the car being 9 years old I didn’t have the original bill of sale (shockingly neither did Brown Daub) and I only had a document showing the vehicle was purchased at Brown Daub Kia and I also had copies of all the maintenance records dating back to 2016 showing the agreement being honored. Regardless of whether they have new management or not Brown Daub Kia is still Brown Daub Kia. I can understand if they had been bought out by a different company, but I shouldn’t have to prove anything to you when the vehicle was purchased at your business. Clearly, some new management “bean counters” came in and saw they were losing money on the “free lifetime oil change” agreements and decided we need to figure out a way to stop the bleeding so this is how they went about it. This is not a way to treat a loyal customer who has taken their car to be serviced at your facility for all recommended servicing. It’s 100% wrong and I will not be doing any business here again. I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle from Brown Daub in the next year and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. To Brown Daub Kia “free lifetime oil changes” means “free lifetime oil changes for as long as we feel it is appropriate”. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. More
Let me start with saying my wife and I have been going here for 14 + years. We have both been mostly satisfied, unfortunately that has been changing and not in a good way. The last visit was not great, my multipoint check paper was randomly filled out with xx answers I checked after to confirm. This is not the first time I was told something was done,only for me to find out it was not done. I really don’t like being deceived. I also had what I would call a warranty issue and I was told not there problem that I can call the manufacturer myself. I would prefer that they would put in a little more effort to fight on behalf a long standing customer. Guess not, maybe I’m not valued customer anymore. I’m not sure what has happened, but the customer service has been declining. More

After dealing with a different Kia dealership, which turned out to be a major disappointment, I decided to give Brown-Daub a try. Dealing with Warren Hillbish and Brandon Woodson was pleasant, both were turned out to be a major disappointment, I decided to give Brown-Daub a try. Dealing with Warren Hillbish and Brandon Woodson was pleasant, both were very professional and there was no pressure. They didn't have the car I was looking for and the next day I received a call informing me they found the car I wanted and could have it delivered to the dealership. During the buying process many team members , from the repair shop to upper management, helped me in one way or another. The whole dealership worked together like a well-oiled machine. Just like their website states: No hidden fees--No surprises--Just honest deals. I was exceptionally impressed with Brown-Daub Kia and would highly recommend this dealership. More
November 2024 I went in to get a recall done on my Kia 2013 at the Kia dealer on William Penn Highway. Well, after I recall was done, they gave me a piece of paper that said that my suspension and brakes 2013 at the Kia dealer on William Penn Highway. Well, after I recall was done, they gave me a piece of paper that said that my suspension and brakes and filters had to be changed Roughly. The charge was almost $1000. So I took my car in to another dealership near Philadelphia and they said that nothing had to be changed. They didn’t understand why Kia on Williamspenn Highway would tell me that. I am very disgusted with Kia and Williams Penn Highway. I will never go there again. I thought I could trust them but apparently not they did xxxxxxxx me trying to get $1000 from me and also I used to get free oil changes and now they will not give them to me. I don’t even know why I bought a car from them. Me and my husband bought five cars so far from that dealership and for them to screw me over it’s disgusting and take away my free oil changes just to change their company policy at a snap of a finger. I don’t play those games. I’m sorry but I love Kia cars, but I hate the dealerships now I’m trying to find another Kia dealership closer to home in the Lehigh Valley that will be honest with me. It was nice working with you guys but screw me over $1000 and take away my free oil changes. I’m disgusted. More
