Very pleased Came to B-D out of frustration with another dealer. Good move on my part. Met Heather Piro and looked at a few Sorentos. routine oil change and new tire and alignment After being told that the new tire I needed would be in the next day, found out it was not the same tire as the other three tires, but was assured by After being told that the new tire I needed would be in the next day, found out it was not the same tire as the other three tires, but was assured by Craig that it didn't matter( just a different tread). Also didn't notice right away that my car wasn't washed, as it normally is after service. A little disappointed about that. But Craig was very professional and pleasant. And since I purchased my car here, I hope to continue having it serviced here. More
