Dear Mr. Ring: Thank you very much for responding to my review. As you can probably tell, I was not happy last Saturday after visiting your Brown-Daub KIA dealership. For years I have listened to your commercials on the radio and decided to give a KIA a try. An office co-worker has a KIA Optima Limited and I was impressed by the vehicle. I will give you a call on Friday. Unfortunately, I still have not heard back from your dealership as promised, I am still interested in purchasing a KIA Optima Limited.

I could not give you a call. I travel a lot for my work and had to visit a company to discuss security and safety of their supply chain. I will be at home on Monday, so I will be able to give you a call to discuss the situation. In preparation, might I suggest you visit the Edwards.com website. There is an article on the website where an Edwards.com employee works undercover at a couple of car dealerships. My experience last Saturday was just like the one described in part of the article. Robert, Thank you for you for taking the time out of your busy day to respond, I do appreciate it. I just didn't appreciate driving all the way to Easton to be told in two minutes that I could not be helped. I don't understand how that could happen so quickly. My circumstances did not change from the 3 hours earlier when I called to when I showed up. I could have been told NO over the phone and saved us all the grief. As I stated, I have had car loans before with my bad credit and never once has it taken me less than a day or two... until now. I just want to know that everything was tried to get me into a car.. whether it was a used or new one. Did Brown Daub Kia really try?
