I had a wonderful experience with Don at Brown Daub Kia! Unlike other dealers gimmicks and push around, I explained what I wanted, he found the car, and i walked out in the same day with a brand new car! I traded my previous car for a new manual transmission car, i didnt even know how to drive stick (the car was for my husband), who wanted standard shift, he wanted to sell me the car so bad he brought me home in it (a distance of 35 miles on way). I would def. recommend Brown Daub Kia, If you cant get a car here, you wont get one, Period. More

The staff cared for your every need. Eddie went out of his way to offer personal attention and help us find the perfect car for our needs, likes and budget. We were expecting to spend the day hopping from one dealership to the next in an endless search for the perfect car. If you plan on doing the same... go to Brown Daub Kia first. You'll never need to go further. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and incredibly helpful. Eddie was very honest and up front. He helped us find the perfect car within our budget and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or couldn't afford like we've found at other dealerships. I couldn't imagine a car buying experience more comfortable or simple. Eddie, along with is associate Scott, tended to our every concern and need. Scott also stuck with us every step of the way to make sure every question was answered and that we would not leave there unhappy. Eddie and Scott were both so wonderful and nice, I feel like we developed a friendship. Scott was so sweet and friendly, I wanted to adopt him into our family and have him come over for dinner! :) Thank you Eddie, Scott, and Brown Daub Kia. My overall experience with this dealership is great. The staff is professional, the atmosphere inviting, and staff accomodating. The only problem the dealership has is its pricing structure. This dealership inflates the sticker price up several thousand dollars to charge for their "regional marketing", what the website calls their FREE engine warranty (not FREE), and for lifetime oil changes only available at their facility. Should you not wish to pay or even be able to use these services they will be very reluctant to speak of subtracting them off of your customer invoice. Things should not be listed as free if they are in fact not free and customers should not be charged for a oil change package (which by the way costs more than getting the oil changes done elsewhere during the life of the vehicle) in which you will ot be using when the dealership is quite far from your house. If it were not for this treachery I would have voted their dealership as 5 stars all the way around. More
