As I’m a regular customer and August 28th was the second time I’ve came in for my appointment early 7:20am and it was only 1 car ahead of me. Why is 5 people that came AFTER me leaving before me. I don’t know if he is new or what but he’s never worked the front. Doesn’t go over your paperwork just says everything perfect when it’s not because the tires are low and it’s the whole point of the service appointment. I always get the man with the hat. Why am I leaving almost 10am ?!? I got to go find him and he’s telling I think they should be done washing the car and didn’t wash a xxxx thing. Wasted my times again when I said I had somewhere to be. I travel from Flemington, NJ you know how many dealerships and auto service centers are near me just down the street alone and I travel 40-45 there and back. I will NOT be coming back here this was the last time I get that type of service will go down the street with ease. More

Great service even if it took few extra trips to the dealership for service but overall the issue with the car was finally resolved .
