I always have a positive experience. The service associates are very pleasant. They worked with me when I didn't have proper paperwork. Ok enough. I don't like sales people, they are fake and are associates are very pleasant. They worked with me when I didn't have proper paperwork. Ok enough. I don't like sales people, they are fake and are made to be that way by upper management to make more sales and more money. My first car was a piece of xxxx and when I qualified for the loan, I asked if I could choose a different vehicle, they said no, you for this one. Very disappointed about that. Thankfully my next sales associate was willing to show me and explain my options. Now I've taken time to out of my busy day to fill this survey out and you won't except it, stating I given the wrong email!? More
