Stressful!! Heather sales lady was great answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. My adventure came after I signed the paperwork, Brown Daub never paid o Heather sales lady was great answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. My adventure came after I signed the paperwork, Brown Daub never paid off my loan on the car I traded in. Kept on getting calls from finance institution telling me that loan was never paid. That I was behind and the dealership never contacted them. After more the 5 calls, had to go there and ask what was going on. More or less Brown daub dropped the ball. Now I'm hoping that it doesn't ruin my credit. More
