As an update I spoke with Steve Parr at the dealership and he was very understanding and was a pleasure to deal with. Steve knew who I dealt with and advised that unrelated to this situation is no longer at the service center since end of last month. I am sure we will be back at some point. Thank you, Steve!

Matt, We're sorry that you didn't have a completely satisfying visit. I am sorry the loaner car had a problem and the size was not the same size of the car you have currently. We do not have enough loaners to give the customers that purchase their vehicles from us sometimes. Most dealerships have visiting customers rent cars and have them submit the rental bill to the manufacture and they have to wait to get reimbursed. We appreciate your business , but some times we are waiting on the manufacture for the approval to order or get the parts needed to repair the vehicle. Would it be possible to have someone from our management team reach out to you directly to discuss this? We'd love the opportunity to address any issues with our team here.
