Our Honda Odyssey is 19 years old and rarely driven as we keep it as extra. Took it in for an oil change, recall and to check the tire. It was fine promptly, but the 36 dollar charge for the valve stem was keep it as extra. Took it in for an oil change, recall and to check the tire. It was fine promptly, but the 36 dollar charge for the valve stem was excessive. Also, it was not washed, which I thought was always fond when you have a service call. The gentleman that assisted me, as there was no one in the center when I arrived, was helpful, kind and got me out promptly. He provided great service, possibly the manager. Also, the oil change mileage sticker was not on my windshield, so I had to go in a second time and get it. B More
