I have taken my 2001 honda civic to Browns from the time I bought it in 2000. After having a total loss accident in August 2010, we were in search of replacing our 2004 Honda Pilot (which saved our lives). After going to numerous dealers in the area to test used cars, we eventual were in search of replacing our 2004 Honda Pilot (which saved our lives). After going to numerous dealers in the area to test used cars, we eventually met Rob Haskell in the Used Car department at Browns Honda in Glen Burnie. He patiently worked with my wife and I, and we transitioned to leasing our 1st Honda Pilot, a 2011 EXL with RES. We were so impressed with Rob and Browns Honda, we decided to go back to get our 2nd lease of a 2013 Honda Pilot. Rob and Steve worked with us to get us the best possible price, and they were able to upgrade us to the Touring Trim Line, with lowering our monthly payment as the 2011 exceeded our trade in value expectations. Now we are expecting to be able to lower our next lease payment in 2016, as the 2013 Pilot trade in value will be even better than the 2011 Pilot. We are Honda customers for life, and we love Rob and Steve at Browns Honda. Thanks to Honda and the Total Loss Protection a Lease provides. More

This is the second car I have purchased from Brown and will keep coming back. The employees here are nothing short of wonderful. Bob Burkhart is not a good person to work with. We dropped off my wife's car, which they couldn't correctly diagnose. His shuttle driver backed into my car in his parking lot.
