Mathew was a very attentive salesman who provided us with factual information while not making us feel pressured. He was very knowledgable about the product and spent a considerable amount of time showing u factual information while not making us feel pressured. He worked hard to get us a good price on car that usually sells for close to MSRP. We went to this dealer to just look and get some ideas as to what kind of certified used car we wanted to purchase. We met Bill Dolch early on and he graciously listened to our various likes and dislikes an to what kind of certified used car we wanted to purchase. When he noted that we were not "turned on" by what we had seen he took us to the Brown's Honda lot where we noted a Honda Insight that struck our fancy. After test driving the vehicle we went back to Bill's office, not to buy but to give him some additional information. We ended up negotiating a reasonable price, not at all due to any pressure by Bill, and ended up buying the car and taking it home that day. A few discrepancies were noted after getting the car home but it only took one call and a brief visit to have all of these taken care of. Bill Dolch and the other personnel we dealt with were always professional, friendly and accommodating. I would have no problem recommending them to others or to use their services again. More

We purchased a Prius V from this dealership this past weekend. This was our third purchase from there in the past ten years. He was calm, low pressure, answered many questions off the cuff while candidly admitting when he did not know the answer (and then promptly looking it up for us). He certainly not a pushover on price, but he did seem to sincerely work very hard to get the deal done within acceptable deal parameters for us (he and the finance person stayed three hours past closing to finalize the deal). Our next car will likely be purchased from this dealer, as well. More
