While our team was able to work your vehicle in without an appointment, we did our best to complete the requested maintenance and diagnostics, but identified several concerns that required parts we did not have available that day. Since the repairs could not be completed during your visit, we felt the best outcome would be to provide a detailed quote and parts list so you could continue making arrangements closer to home. We’re sorry the outcome was not what you had hoped for, but we do appreciate the opportunity to assist you and would be happy to discuss any concerns directly.
