I was not happy at all with service this time. In the past I have been pleased with the gentlemen who've helped me by explaining the service and giving me a coupon. This time I was totally thrown In the past I have been pleased with the gentlemen who've helped me by explaining the service and giving me a coupon. This time I was totally thrown by hearing I had to spend almost $400 on a car with only 30,000 mi. And asked more than once about the necessity of new filters, etc. the young woman was rude and insulting, just repeating "it's in the book you got" as if I would have looked up what a 30,000 check included before arriving. I've decided not to come back all the way to your dealership again as I believe I would get better advice in an auto shop near me. I feel I was ripped off. More

Go to any Subaru dealership but this one. They tell you one monthly payment then go and get the most condescending, pompous, arrogant, rude person I have ever met who is apparently the financ They tell you one monthly payment then go and get the most condescending, pompous, arrogant, rude person I have ever met who is apparently the finance manager.
