I had a bad experience with this dealership with I first bought my Jeep trailhawk renegade. I had to call Detroit to get them to contact the dealership and everything was fine except when I went to get bought my Jeep trailhawk renegade. I had to call Detroit to get them to contact the dealership and everything was fine except when I went to get my oil changed yesterday, they insisted that i did not have anymore free oil changes. I was told before that I had one left. I told the service guy that someone told me that and for all of the trouble that i had with this vehicle I should get free ones for life!! but he did not say anything and say he will give me one more but that is it!! omg I do like this dealership after my vehicle was finally fixed with only 100 miles on it when i bought it!! it did take about 3 months for a solution. More

I took my 2021 Ram 2500 in for its second oil change to them. I purchased the truck from them had a bad first experience but thought I’d give them another try. I was blown away by the turn around time this them. I purchased the truck from them had a bad first experience but thought I’d give them another try. I was blown away by the turn around time this time they did an oil change tire rotation and software update in just over an hour. The biggest thing that I didn’t agree with is that they charge $20 for a tire rotation, they do a complete vehicle inspection for free as part of that inspection they are supposed to be checking things like pads and rotors things that can only truly be inspected with the wheels and tires off the vehicle. So if they are already taking off the wheels and tires why is it $20 to move the back to the front and cross the fronts to the back? This is my only complaint other then that it was a great experience this time much better then my first visit. More
